Job Summary
Houseparents at Milton Hershey School will live on campus to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community while modeling positive values and life skills. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and dedicated to supporting students’ daily routines, social-emotional growth, and character development.
