Houseparents live on Milton Hershey School campus and help create a safe, nurturing home environment for residential students. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, supporting students’ daily routines, fostering social and emotional growth and character development, collaborating with educators and support staff, and building a strong sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and dedicated to diversity and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
