Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to provide a safe, nurturing home environment for students; responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community while supporting students’ social-emotional growth and character development. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, with a focus on modeling positive values and life skills.
