Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise students’ after-school activities, support daily routines and social-emotional growth, model positive values, and foster a safe, nurturing home environment. Responsibilities include coordinating household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and building a strong sense of community while promoting diversity and personal growth. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and dedicated to making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
