Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare and serve nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students. Transport students to school activities, appointments, and events, while coordinating extracurricular, recreational, and community service activities to build life skills. Manage the student home's cleanliness, organization, and safety, including household budgeting, basic record keeping, and communication with school staff. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, and implement school-wide policies consistently. This role serves as a critical link between the student home and the broader school community within the Community & Social Services department.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
