Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School in Verona, PA, and provide a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, supporting students’ daily routines, promoting social and emotional growth, guiding character development, modeling positive values and life skills, collaborating with educators and support staff, managing household duties, and fostering a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth to make a lasting impact on children’s lives.
