Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School and help create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community while supporting students’ social, emotional growth and character development. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and dedicated to personal growth and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
