Live-in Houseparent at Milton Hershey School to supervise after-school activities, manage household responsibilities, collaborate with educators and support staff, and foster a sense of community while supporting students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to modeling positive values and life skills to help students thrive in a residential, campus-based setting.
