Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise daily routines, support students’ social and emotional growth and character development, and model positive values and life skills. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a safe, nurturing home environment and sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate and organized with a commitment to diversity and personal growth to make a lasting impact on children’s lives.
