Job Summary
Oversee student morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework while transporting students to school activities and appointments. Coordinate extracurricular, recreational, and community service activities to build life skills, manage home cleanliness and safety, and handle household budgeting and record keeping. Act as a critical link between student homes and the broader school community by observing student progress, addressing behavioral issues with positive supports, and implementing school policies consistently. Collaborate with clinical, educational, and residential teams to support individualized student plans and help students navigate personal challenges.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
- Strong organizational skills
