Job Summary
Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to provide a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community while supporting students’ daily routines, social-emotional growth, and character development. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and dedicated to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in residential or caregiving settings preferred
- Ability to live on campus
