Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School, supervising daily routines, after-school activities, and fostering a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and promoting social-emotional growth, character development, and a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth to make a lasting impact on children’s lives.
