Job Summary
Houseparents at Milton Hershey School live on campus and create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community while modeling positive values and life skills. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and dedicated to supporting students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development.
Required Qualifications
