Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise after-school activities, manage household responsibilities, collaborate with educators and support staff, and foster a sense of community while modeling compassionate, organized behavior. The role focuses on supporting students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, character development, and life skills within a safe, nurturing home environment. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
