Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students living on campus. Coordinate extracurricular activities, manage household cleanliness and safety, and handle budgeting and record keeping. Transport students to school activities and appointments while modeling positive behavior and reinforcing school values. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive supports, and communicate with school staff and counselors. Work within the Community & Social Services department to support individualized student plans and implement school-wide policies consistently.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
