Houseparents live on Milton Hershey School's campus to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, supporting students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development; collaborating with educators and support staff; and fostering a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and making a lasting impact on children's lives. On-site housing is provided at the campus in Pahokee, FL.
