Houseparents

Houseparents at Milton Hershey School live on campus and help create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. They supervise daily routines, after-school activities, and household responsibilities, collaborate with educators and support staff, and foster a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and helping children develop social, emotional, and character skills while modeling positive values and life skills.
