Houseparents at Milton Hershey School live on campus to supervise after-school activities, support students’ daily routines, foster social and emotional growth, and model positive values while collaborating with educators and support staff. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community, creating a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives.
