Houseparents

Houseparents at Milton Hershey School live on campus to create a safe, nurturing home environment for residential students. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community while supporting students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development by modeling positive values and life skills. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth to make a lasting impact on children’s lives.
