Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing home environment for residential students. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household responsibilities, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and making a lasting impact on children’s lives by supporting students’ daily routines, social and emotional growth, and character development while modeling positive values and life skills.
