Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, supporting students’ daily routines, promoting social and emotional growth, and facilitating character development while modeling positive values and life skills. Candidates should be compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, collaborating with educators and support staff to foster a sense of community and make a lasting impact on students’ lives.
