Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework while transporting students to school activities and events. Coordinate extracurricular and community service activities to help students build life skills, manage household cleanliness and safety, and handle budgeting and record keeping. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive supports, and communicate with school staff, teachers, and counselors. Serve as a critical link between the student home and broader school community by modeling positive behavior and reinforcing school values.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
- Strong organizational skills
