Houseparents

Houseparents are needed on campus at Milton Hershey School to live on-site and provide a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential school setting. They supervise after-school activities, manage household responsibilities, collaborate with educators and support staff, and foster a sense of community while supporting students’ social and emotional growth and character development. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, with a lasting impact on children’s lives.
