Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students living in a family-like home environment. Transport students to school activities and coordinate extracurricular, recreational, and community service events to build life skills and resilience. Manage household cleanliness, organization, and safety while maintaining the student home's budget and basic records. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, and implement school-wide policies consistently. Collaborate with clinical, educational, and residential teams to help students navigate personal challenges and set future goals.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
