Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students in a residential home environment. Transport students to school activities and appointments, coordinate extracurricular and community service events, and manage household cleanliness, organization, and safety. Address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, observe and report student progress, and communicate regularly with school staff, teachers, and counselors. Maintain household budgets and basic records while modeling positive behavior to reinforce school values. This role requires living on campus in school-provided housing within the Community & Social Services department, following a structured schedule that may include evenings and weekends, and demonstrates cultural competence and commitment to the school's mission.
Required Qualifications
