Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. They supervise after-school activities, manage household responsibilities, collaborate with educators and support staff, and foster a sense of community while modeling positive values, life skills, and student well-being. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, with a focus on supporting students’ daily routines, social and emotional development, and character development.
