Houseparents

Live-in Houseparents on the Milton Hershey School campus to supervise students' daily routines and activities, support social and emotional growth and character development, while modeling positive values and life skills. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and making a lasting impact on children's lives.
