Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework while transporting students to activities and appointments. Coordinate extracurricular and community service events, manage household cleanliness and safety, and handle budgeting and record-keeping. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive supports, and implement school policies consistently. Collaborate with clinical, educational, and residential teams to help students navigate challenges and set future goals. Live on campus in school-provided housing within the Community & Social Services department, following a structured schedule that may include evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
