Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students living in a family-like home environment. Coordinate extracurricular and community service activities while managing household cleanliness, organization, safety, budgeting, and record keeping. Transport students to school activities and appointments, model positive behavior, and reinforce the school's values to support students' social, emotional, academic, and spiritual development. Observe and report student progress, address behavioral issues using positive supports, and communicate consistently with school staff, teachers, and administrators. Work within the Community & Social Services department, collaborating with clinical and educational teams to implement school-wide policies and help students navigate personal challenges.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
