Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School and create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household duties, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering a sense of community. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity, personal growth, and helping children develop socially, emotionally, and with strong life skills. The role emphasizes daily routines, student well-being, mentorship, and modeling positive values and character development.
