Houseparents

Houseparents live on campus at Milton Hershey School to create a safe, nurturing home environment for students in a residential setting. Responsibilities include supervising after-school activities, managing household tasks, collaborating with educators and support staff, and fostering community while supporting students’ social and emotional growth and character development. Ideal candidates are compassionate, organized, and committed to diversity and personal growth, with the ability to model positive values and life skills for children.
