Job Summary
Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework for a small group of students living on campus. Coordinate extracurricular activities, transport students to appointments, and manage household cleanliness, organization, and safety. Address behavioral issues using positive supports, report student progress, and communicate with teachers and counselors. Implement school-wide policies consistently while maintaining household budgets and basic records. This role requires living on campus in a structured environment with evening and weekend shifts, offering ongoing training and the chance to make a long-term impact on children's lives within the Community & Social Services department.
Required Qualifications
- experience working with children or youth in settings such as education, social services, counseling, youth ministry, coaching, or residential care
- Strong organizational skills
