Houseparents

Oversee morning and evening routines, prepare nutritious meals, and supervise homework time for a small group of students living in a family-like home environment. Coordinate extracurricular activities, transport students to school events, and manage household cleanliness, organization, and safety while maintaining accurate records and budgets. Address behavioral issues using positive behavior supports, observe student progress, and communicate regularly with teachers, counselors, and administrators. Collaborate with clinical and educational teams to implement individualized student plans and help students navigate personal challenges. This role requires living on campus in school-provided housing, following a structured schedule that may include evenings and weekends, and demonstrates cultural competence and strong communication skills within the Community & Social Services department.
