Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents on an on-campus student-home setting at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of ~8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent role living and working with the same student group. Requires on-campus residence, a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid driver’s license, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with restricted alcohol.
