Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-Time) for Milton Hershey School living in on-campus student homes to care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from rotating nine-on/three-off duties to a fixed placed-home assignment with the same student group. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required; two spouses must apply and be hired as a two-person team.
