Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents for Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA are Full-Time Flex Houseparents who reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off cycle and includes eventual placement into a consistent Houseparent home. Benefits include salary per person of $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Qualifications include experience with youth, a legally married two-person team, both spouses aged 27+, up to three dependent children, a smoke- and weapon-free campus, valid driver’s license with ability to drive student vans, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED.
