Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents for Milton Hershey School (two-person, married couple) serve full-time on-campus in Hershey, PA, supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and handling budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule across various student homes, with eventual placement in a single student home. Relocation assistance is provided, and total compensation per couple includes housing, meals, benefits, and more. Requires a high school diploma or GED, two years of marriage, ages 27+, a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and compliance with a smoke- and weapon-free campus policy. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
