Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in Hershey, PA to supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and oversee household routines and budgeting. The role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and transitions to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided, with comprehensive benefits offered. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Both spouses must apply individually and be at least 27 years old to be considered.

- No alcohol permitted while on duty
- Pet limitations: fish and one dog of approved breeds
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
