Job Summary
Two-person full-time Flex Houseparents live on campus in Hershey, PA to supervise and support a group of approximately 8–13 students in a family‐like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Requires married spouses (both at least 27) who will complete individual applications; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Two-spouse two-person role
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Comprehensive training provided while on relocation
- Experience with youth preferred
