Job Summary
Houseparents (two-person couple) live on campus in student homes in Hershey, PA, providing supervision, mentorship, household management, medication administration, transportation to activities, devotions and chapel involvement, budgeting, and daily life support for 8–13 students. Initially following a staggered 9-on/3-off schedule, the role will transition to a placed houseparent with long-term residence in the same student home. Relocation assistance provided; comprehensive benefits included. Requires married couples with at least two years of marriage, both spouses 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must submit individual applications.
