Job Summary
Houseparents (two-person, married couple) wanted to reside on campus in Hershey, PA to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in an on-site home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a stable home with the same student group. Benefits include full-time salary per person ($44,768), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Requires high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, and a two-year married-couple commitment with both spouses age 27+; valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans. Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; MHS staff serve as role models for students
