Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-Time) for Milton Hershey School. Married couples live in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students, manage routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and chapels, oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially nine days on duty followed by three off, with progression toward a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid training. Both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration; age 27+ for both, with family-size and campus-life restrictions. A high school diploma or GED is required; valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans are necessary. Location: Jacksonville, TX, US.
