Job Summary
Two-person married couple Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. They reside in on-campus student homes with 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, and support to foster academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and following a nine-on, three-off duty cycle before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person (~$46,917), comprehensive insurance, relocation assistance, paid time off, and training. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person married couple eligibility (legally married for at least two years)
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
