Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and guidance for 8–13 students, including daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially serving multiple homes on a 9-on/3-off schedule, with eventual placement in a single student home, and relocation to Hershey, PA. Comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse requirement for application
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
