Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Lake City, FL. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students, including administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student-home for ongoing duties. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a legally married couple of at least two years, both spouses age 27 or older, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs., and commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus. Both spouses must complete individual applications.
