Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married-couples role as Flex Houseparents living on-campus to supervise 8–13 students, provide care, mentorship, and support; manage household routines, medications, and student schedules; drive students to activities; plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities; lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off and transitions into a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group. Relocation assistance and paid training provided. Must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses aged 27 or older. High school diploma or GED required. Valid U.S. driver’s license; ability to lift up to 50 lbs. No alcohol on duty; pet limits; background check and suitability for a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
