Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-Time) for Milton Hershey School: a two-person married-couple role living on-campus in Hershey, PA, providing supervision, mentorship, and daily care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and monthly reporting. The position starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and can transition to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement with the same student group. Includes relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and on-campus housing and meals. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to become certified to drive student vans, and two-year marriage with both spouses applying individually.
