Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, guiding routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting with household reporting. Initially, couples work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required. Benefits include salary per person, comprehensive insurance options, retirement savings, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Qualifications include youth experience, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and adherence to campus expectations; both spouses must be legally married and at least 27 years old to be considered.
