Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-Time) reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School to provide care, supervision, and mentorship for a group of approximately 8–13 students. The role requires a two-person, legally married couple (at least two years married) who will manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and support multiple student homes before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent in a single home. The position operates on a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with paid relocation and comprehensive benefits, and requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and readiness to work in a smoke-free, weapon-free campus environment.
