Job Summary
Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel services, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; salary is $46,917 per person (~$180,000 total per couple) with included housing, meals, utilities, and more.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse two-year marriage requirement
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Chapel services
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
